Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years in a relevant practice area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex insurance distribution arrangements.
• Advise on reinsurance transactions, including inbound, outbound, catastrophe, and opportunistic reinsurance.
• Structure multi-party insurance programs and commercial transactions with various program elements.
• Coordinate related agreements and translate novel business models into workable legal structures.
• Partner with teams on strategic initiatives and other commercial contracts, IP, and marketing matters.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives and adoption of new legal tools.
