Responsibilities

• Advise business lines, major projects, and functions on significant legal issues and disputes.
• Develop and implement legal and dispute-resolution strategies for Bechtel's projects and operations.
• Manage claims, arbitration, litigation, and settlements; coordinate with outside counsel.
