Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor (or international equivalent).
• 15+ years of relevant legal experience.
• At least 10 years in construction law, autonomous technologies, including vehicles and robotics.

Responsabilités

• Embed legal advisor on autonomous robotics, vehicle technologies, engineering innovation, and AI integration into EPC service delivery.
• Draft and negotiate supplier technology, robotics, and vendor agreements for pilots and procurements.
• Draft and negotiate R&D agreements focusing on protecting Bechtel’s IP and integrating appropriate technical standards.
• Draft and negotiate EPC prime contract language to facilitate deployment, including data rights.
• Evaluate liability, safety risk management, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, NHTSA).
• Provide legal guidance on autonomous robotics deployment and AI governance.
• Support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and develop procedures and frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop procedures and frameworks.
