Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor or data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transactions in the Manufacturing & Technology business.
• Support management on legal issues during project execution.
• Negotiate and settle disputed claims with clients and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and procedures.
