Qualifications
- Law degree with a record of high academic achievement in undergrad and law school.
- License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Commercial/transactional experience required; healthcare law knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and pragmatic legal advice and guidance to contracting business clients across the enterprise.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with external parties on behalf of the business.
- Identify legal and compliance issues and business risks and elevate appropriately.
- Liaise with internal teams (Litigation, Privacy, Regulatory Counsel, Compliance) to resolve issues and improve templates and processes.
