TP-Link Systems Inc. is building a modern, AI-enabled legal team to support sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. We seek an experienced Senior Counsel, Commercial to serve as primary legal advisor for retail, e-Commerce, B2B, and subscription business lines.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create scalable processes. This role requires a practical, business-first approach and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher legal education with JD from accredited school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements (distribution, reseller, SaaS, marketplace).
• Knowledge of advertising law, FTC guidelines, and consumer protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of broad commercial agreements across channels.
• Advise on commercial structures, subscription models, and go-to-market transactions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and leaders on deal structure and pricing.
• Support marketing, promotions, and consumer-claims compliance.
