Job summary

Transportation Equipment Network (TEN) is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our Legal team. The role is remote within the United States and reports to the General Counsel, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key business stakeholders.

You will lead commercial transactions, advise on AI/tech initiatives, and help scale legal processes while balancing risk and business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of commercial legal experience, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, technology transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, procurement and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including customer sales, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts and channel agreements.
• Advise leaders on legal issues involving AI, emerging technologies, digital transformation, and data governance.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams on deal strategy, contract negotiations, and risk assessment.
• Support Procurement on vendor contracting and third-party risk management.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on product development, licensing, privacy, AI, and commercialization matters.
• Counsel Marketing on advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and IP usage.
