TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial, to serve as the primary legal advisor to TP-Link’s sales and marketing organizations, providing day-to-day commercial counseling across retail, e-Commerce, B2B, and subscription business lines.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in commercial transactions within technology or consumer products, with a practical, business-first approach to legal risk and a passion for leveraging AI to improve processes.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar membership in good standing (in-house or active practitioner).
• 8+ years of experience focusing on commercial transactions and sales/marketing in tech or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements across TP-Link’s channels.
• Advise on commercial structures, subscription and recurring-revenue models, and related legal risks.
• Develop practical contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to improve efficiency and speed.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders on deal structure, pricing, approvals, and strategy.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives through counsel on promotions and channel programs.
