Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial transactions and sales/marketing counseling in tech or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements across retail, e-Commerce, B2B, subscription, distributor, reseller, and vendor channels.
• Advise on commercial structures, subscription models, and legal risks of channel programs and strategic transactions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to improve efficiency and velocity.
