Partner Company, a digital media and technology organization focused on advertising, sponsorships, and emerging revenue streams, seeks an experienced Senior Counsel for its in-house Legal team in the United States.

The role requires at least 6 years of relevant legal experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to advise senior business leaders while managing risk in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant legal experience with in-house commercial legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach to risk.
• Ability to operate independently and advise senior business leaders.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including advertising, sponsorships, licensing, and partnerships.
• Manage legal intake processes and improve contract templates and playbooks.
• Advise product and revenue teams on new initiatives and emerging business matters.
