Qualifications

• In-house or corporate/transactional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on transactional topics for hydrocarbon, feedstock and energy businesses.
• Review and draft contracts, identify risk, and offer practical solutions for clients.
• Lead training and knowledge sharing within the Legal team and with business units.
• Manage external counsel and allocate work to team members based on expertise and risk.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
