Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Active State Bar admission in good standing and licensed to practice law in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to management and employees in Corporate Group functions and Business units.
• Manage litigation, negotiate contracts, and assist with product roll-outs.
• Advise on regulatory developments and potential legal risks for the business.
• Lead negotiations and drive conflict resolutions with tact and firmness.
• Collaborate with TD Legal and external law firms as needed.
