Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support TD Bank management in Corporate Group Functions and Business Units.
• Manage an array of litigation matters across all TD Bank businesses.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Supervise external counsel and manage budgets and risk reporting.
• Advise lines of business on best practices to minimize legal and litigation risk.
• Assist General Counsel in budget development for internal and external spend.
