Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and legal advice to TD Bank management in Corporate Group Functions.
• Lead, coach, and supervise legal staff and external counsel as needed.
• Advise lines of business on complex legal issues and risk mitigation.
• Develop practical, well-reasoned legal opinions for management.
• Support budget management for internal and external legal spend.
