Old National Bank in Minneapolis/St. Paul area seeks an experienced attorney to provide day-to-day legal support to business lines, branch operations, and treasury management teams.

The role involves advising on banking laws, drafting customer agreements, disclosures, and internal policies, and partnering with risk and compliance colleagues to manage regulatory risk. Qualified candidates will have 10–15 years in financial services law, bar admission in a footprint state, and strong communication

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10–15 years experience in law within a financial institution or large law firm.
• Active bar admission in one of our footprint states; Minnesota, Illinois or Indiana preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skills; ability to advise at all levels of management.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support to business lines on banking and regulatory matters; advise on branch operations, deposits, payments and treasury functions.
• Draft and review customer agreements, disclosures and internal policies for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance and information security to identify and manage legal and operational risks.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate legal projects as directed by senior leadership.
