Old National Bank is seeking an experienced attorney to provide day-to-day legal guidance across business lines, branch operations, deposits, compliance and treasury matters. You will serve as a trusted partner to management, drafting and negotiating customer agreements and disclosures, and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will advise on privacy and data protection, support product initiatives, and coordinate with risk, compliance and IT teams while managing outside counsel and staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience in a legal department of a financial institution or major law firm with banking experience.
• Bar admission in Illinois, Indiana or Minnesota, or eligible to practice as in-house counsel in applicable state.
• Strong analytical and practical business judgment applied to legal matters.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support on general banking and regulatory matters across the bank footprint.
• Review, analyze and draft customer agreements, disclosures and bank policies.
• Advise on privacy, data protection and AI/regulatory trends for the bank.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance and information security teams to manage risk.
• Manage outside counsel and supervise paralegals as needed; support product development and new payment technologies.
