Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated legal matters independently from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex legal agreements and documentation.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Work closely with Partners on significant and high-value client matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients and provide practical solutions.
• Supervise, support and mentor Associates and junior attorneys.
• Assist with business development and growth initiatives.
• Stay up to date with developments in relevant legislation and case law.
