This is a broad in-house opportunity for an experienced attorney to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice across investment, regulatory, transactional and general corporate matters. The firm is open to candidates who would consider relocating to Boston for the role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years' legal experience within a hedge fund, asset manager or leading Big Law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal fundamentals.
• Experience across investment, transactional, regulatory or corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to work directly with investment professionals.
