Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, collaborative healthcare attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, At-Home Solutions. This role supports growing healthcare businesses within At-Home Solutions, including DMEPOS, At-Home, and VeloCare, with emphasis on commercial contracting, strategic relationships, and new services.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. license.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare legal experience with DMEPOS, healthcare distribution, medical products, logistics, home-based care, pharmacy, or regulated areas.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience advising on customer- and vendor-facing commercial arrangements.
• Strong business-focused legal judgment with clear, actionable guidance.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, negotiate agreements across customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer, distribution, services, technology, logistics, and relationships.
• Counsel on contract risk, new services, commercial models, and operational changes.
• Identify legal/compliance issues, communicate risks, and involve SMEs when needed.
• Support strategic projects, technology implementations, and commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, etc.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and intake processes.
• Manage multiple matters with timely, risk-aware support and escalation.
