Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Senior Counsel to act as a hands-on legal advisor for AI and data initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to deliver practical, compliant guidance that enables responsible AI deployment.

You will bring 10–12+ years of relevant experience, advising on technology, AI, data, and IP matters, and will manage cross‑functional legal matters while coordinating with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school.
• 10–12+ years of relevant legal experience in technology, AI, data, or intellectual property.
• Strong ability to assess AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex cross‑functional matters.
• Strong communication and practical, business‑oriented guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel to various business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex AI, tech, and data agreements.
• Identify and assess legal risks and provide proactive advice.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and product teams.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal expenses.
