Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Counsel to join our legal team to support AI and data initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with business, product, technology, and Privacy teams to provide practical legal guidance on AI use cases, data governance, IP, and regulatory risk.

This role requires 10‑12+ years of relevant experience and a strong track record in technology, AI, or data matters. You will own risk assessment, draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 10‑12+ years of relevant legal experience in technology, AI, data, or IP.
• Strong ability to assess legal issues related to AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex cross‑functional matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel to various business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex tech, AI, and data agreements.
• Identify, analyze, and assess legal risks and provide proactive advice.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal expenses.
