Compeer Financial is seeking a senior legal counsel to advise executives and lead complex matters across business units. You will draft and negotiate contracts, guide on lending and insurance issues, and ensure regulatory compliance within a flexible hybrid work setting.

You will support agricultural lending teams and advise on risk-balanced, practical solutions. Strong communication and strategic insight are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Jurist with JD from ABA-accredited school.
• Licensed to practice in IL, WI, or MN.
• Experience in corporate or regulated financial services.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide strategic legal guidance to executives.

Responsibilities
