Job summary

Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school.
- Bar license in MN, WI, or IL.
- Extensive experience in legal roles (firm, corporate, or regulated institution).
- Experience with agricultural finance or Farm Credit-like systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior legal counsel to executives and leaders; tailor advice to strategic priorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and loan-related agreements.
- Advise on legal risks and regulatory compliance across business units.
- Support capital markets and loan participation programs with practical, risk-based guidance.
