Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Counsel for the 3rd Party Liability Docket, offering a strong civil defense focus, a $150,000–$200,000 base salary, and a Hybrid work arrangement with one remote day.

You will independently manage a full caseload across general liability, construction defect, premises liability, trucking, and product liability, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and representing clients at hearings. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential; trial experience is a plus.

• Experience handling third-party insurance defense matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing files independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.

Job Details

Practice exposure includes:
