Job summary

Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Supervisor to lead engagements across our nationwide practice. You will manage from planning through final delivery, mentor staff, and ensure IRS-compliant asset classifications.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office per week, supporting leadership and collaboration within a real estate and tax team. Requirements include a Bachelor's in related field, 5+ years in cost segregation or related areas, CPA/EA/CCSP is a plus, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of cost segregation, construction estimating, real estate valuation, or related field experience.
• Pursuit of CPA, EA, CCSP, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IRS cost segregation guidance and tax depreciation methodologies.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cost segregation engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Supervise, review, and mentor associates to ensure quality work product.
• Conduct and oversee site inspections to document building components.
• Review construction cost documentation and financial records.
• Analyze blueprints and project specs to support asset classifications.
