Job summary

Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Supervisor to lead engagements across our U.S. offices in a hybrid model, with three in-office days per week. You will mentor staff, review technical work, and ensure IRS-compliant asset classifications while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cost segregation or related fields, with CPA/EA/CCSP pursuits as a plus; strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cost segregation, construction estimating, engineering, real estate valuation, or related field.
• Pursuit of CPA, EA, CCSP, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cost segregation engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Supervise and mentor associates to ensure quality and accuracy of work product.
• Conduct site inspections to document building components and support IRS classifications.
• Review construction cost documentation and project financial records.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, and real estate professionals to provide integrated client solutions.
