Job summary

Enhanced Staffing, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager to drive cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in construction cost management.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, change management and cost control.
• Experience reviewing contracts, proposals, change orders, and financial performance.
• Analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates, budgets, cost plans and benchmarking analyses.
• Establish and maintain project cost baselines, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review bids, pricing proposals, change orders, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Support procurement strategies, bid evaluations, contractor selection and negotiations.
• Manage cost risks, contingencies, escalation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare CAPEX forecasts and executive-level project updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to maintain financial control.
• Provide commercial guidance and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior cost managers, estimators, and project controls professionals.
