Job summary

Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key client or several clients. This individual will ensure successful management of both internal and external stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of cost management services.

To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent.
• Strong presentation, verbal, written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team across projects and ensure delivery of accountabilities.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders and consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities.
• Report on overall commercial status and KPIs, driving best practices across projects.
• Coordinate contracting and procurement strategy to benefit clients across industries.
