Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for major client programmes. You will oversee a cost management team, interface with clients and other consultants, and drive cost reporting and controls across the project lifecycle.

The role requires senior leadership, client-facing skills and a strong background in quantity surveying and cost management within construction. On-site involvement is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field.
• Minimum 8 years in cost management for construction.
• RICS accreditation or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services for client programmes and manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and consultants across project stages.
• Perform cost controls, change management and reporting of financial status.
