Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary client interface on a large-scale, mission-critical data center program in Frederick, Maryland. You will develop cost plans, manage budgets, and drive procurement and cost control with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires on-site work with a hybrid schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in cost management or project controls on mission-critical projects.
• Experience with MEP systems, campus-scale infrastructure and hyperscale environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases.
• Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding data to stakeholders.
• Lead procurement strategy development, contractor pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations.
