Job summary

Decima International seeks a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost control across infrastructure and construction projects. You will oversee regional cost control teams, ensure accurate forecasting, and report to senior leadership. The role requires deep expertise in cost engineering, EVA, and partner collaboration with engineers and vendors.

The position is on-site in Amarillo, Texas, with responsibilities spanning budgets, change orders, and contractual cost governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost control or cost engineering in construction, infra, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or large-scale projects.
• Extensive cost management software experience (SAP, Excel).
• Strong forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional/project cost control functions with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain robust cost control systems and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to validate data and guide actions.
• Present monthly/quarterly cost performance reports to senior leadership with EVA and trends.
• Oversee multi-site cost tracking, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior cost control personnel across the region.
