Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Phoenix team and support a portfolio of large-scale construction projects. You will serve as a key client interface, delivering value-added cost management across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cost management, is experienced with medium to high complexity projects, and preferably holds RICS accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience working in cost management on construction projects.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large sized projects of medium to high complexity.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage project costs across all lifecycle stages.
• Lead cost planning and develop final cost plans.
• Review design and contractor estimates.
• Coordinate cost data with design teams and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and final accounts.
• Mentor junior cost professionals.
• Ensure post-contract cost control and value engineering.
