Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to lead cost control for hyperscale data center projects in the United States. You will establish budgets, manage procurement, and oversee the full lifecycle from concept to completion.

You will deliver detailed cost plans, evaluate design options for cost impact, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with a hands-on ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in project or cost management within commercial construction.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle cost management for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Building Connected, and standard scheduling/estimating tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management, establish and maintain robust cost controls.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and forecasts aligned with design phases.
• Review subcontractor change orders and procurement for cost accuracy.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage tender documentation, bids, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with client finance and accounting for accurate reporting and controls.
