The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project or cost management within commercial construction, 50M+ projects, and hands-on use of Procore and BuildingConnected. Strong analytics and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years in cost or project management.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center construction (>$50M).
• Proficiency in procurement, tendering, change orders, and cost control.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management and establish robust cost controls.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Review subcontractor bids, changes, and contractual entitlements.
• Present cost reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
