GagaMuller Group is delivering major hyperscale data center developments across the United States. As Senior Cost Manager, you will lead the commercial and cost management function for the client, ensuring robust cost planning, forecasting, governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, Design Teams, Construction Teams, and external partners to drive budgets, cost controls, and value engineering, while mentoring junior cost professionals

Formación

• Experience leading cost management for large hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to mentor junior Cost Managers and promote best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management across major hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, cost plans, estimates, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Direct procurement and bid management, contract analysis, and vendor negotiations.
• Review quantity take-offs, estimates, cost models, and pricing from contractors.
• Lead change management, assess costs, negotiate outcomes, and maintain budget control.
• Provide commercial oversight and risk management across project lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow projections and dashboards for stakeholders.
