Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Cost Estimating or equivalent qualification.
• 5-10 years’ relevant experience in construction cost estimating for multiple building types.
• AACE/ RICS accreditation or Certified Cost Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple data center projects.
• Oversee development of design estimates and overall project budget.
• Own the full cost lifecycle: feasibility, estimating, cost control, change management, and final account.
• Provide strategic cost guidance and value engineering studies to support decisions.
