Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager/Estimator to lead full-cycle cost management for complex construction projects in the United States.

You will drive budgets, cost plans, and forecasts from concept through completion, while evaluating design options for cost accuracy and coordinating with client finance teams. The role requires 7+ years in cost estimating and management, strong communication, and expertise in pre- and post-contract phases, including procurement and final

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant cost estimating and cost management experience.
• Experience delivering technically complex projects.
• Proven expertise in pre- and post-contract phases including procurement, tendering and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost drivers.
• Proficient in industry-standard estimating and cost control software.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with U.S. construction practices; union labor, tax regulations, and procurement models a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management from concept through completion.
• Conduct scope definition workshops with clients to develop budgets.
• Create and maintain cost plans and forecasts at milestones.
• Review design alternatives for cost implications and accuracy.
• Deliver lifecycle cost models and benchmarking data for decisions.
• Evaluate subcontractor change orders based on project needs.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
• Support monthly stakeholder meetings with financial content and commentary.
• Produce cash flow forecasts across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare tender documentation for trade packages and manage queries.
