The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience, exceptional ERP skills, and a strong leadership background. This position offers competitive compensation with a base salary of $180,000 – $210,000 plus bonuses and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in cost and inventory accounting within retail, apparel, e-commerce, or CPG.
• Deep expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, landed cost accounting, and inventory lifecycle.
• Advanced ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global standard costing methodology and lead inventory valuation.
• Manage month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Identify and eliminate manual processes within costing and inventory workflows.
