Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead construction cost controls across data center projects. You will develop budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting frameworks, and work with design, engineering, and project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role supports APAC projects and requires strong data analysis, KPI development, and financial governance. Remote with occasional on-site work in the US, travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets and cost reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills beyond estimating.
• Ability to lead meetings and develop project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop control systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting across construction projects.
• Analyze large data sets and produce executive-level financial position reports.
• Manage cost coding within the construction team and integrate with financial systems.
• Develop KPIs to monitor project performance and flag issues.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and PM to plan and control projects through life cycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers for financial reporting (commits, spends, forecasts).
• Maintain internal and external benchmarks to support project decisions.
• Forecast budgets pre-design and update through the project lifecycle.
• Review supplier invoices and ensure proper payment methods.
