Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational industrial and office client. You will lead cost estimation across pre- and post-contract phases, advise PMs on budgets, and apply BIM/CostX tools to improve accuracy. Must have 10+ years in cost estimating and international project experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Cost Estimating and Management (pre-contract and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy.
• Understanding of various contract types (e.g., Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build).
• Experience on international projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budgets.
• Support PMs in value engineering, price, and claim negotiations.
• Collaborate with PMs to deliver projects on time and within budget.
