Qualifications

• Five+ years with A/E/Construction firms on large facilities.
• Knowledge of design phases, codes, standards, and specs.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and cost management.
• Eligible to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost estimating support for design, bid, and construction.
• Attend pre-award and post-award meetings and provide cost rationale.
• Review major equipment costs and document site conditions.
• Support claims, disputes, terminations, and audits as needed.
• Notify CO/Construction Manager of significant events or deficiencies.
