Qualifications

• Significant experience providing cost estimating on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects.
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity take-offs and pricing for multiple trades.
• Prepares final deliverable documentation to clients.
• Performs quality checks of team members' estimates.
• Leads estimate reconciliations with clients and contractors.
• Develops change order requests.
• Manages project budgets and invoices.
