Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a cost estimating role.
• Professional Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Independently prepare cost estimates from plans and documents.
• Collect and maintain historical cost data for accuracy.
