Qualifications

• 10+ years in a cost estimating role required.
• Federal Government experience needed.
• Professional Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
• Prepare cost estimates from plans and documents.
• Conduct regional market analysis and assist project management.

Skills

Proficiency with cost estimating software (Sage, RS Means, Bluebeam)

Knowledge of vertical construction

Knowledge of State and Federal contracting requirements

Understanding of Contract Documents and safety responsibilities

Knowledge of scheduling and cost management

Knowledge of applicable technology tools

Education

Bachelor’s in civil engineering or construction management
