Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to join our multidisciplinary teams working on municipal, industrial, and alternative project delivery. If you have a passion for numbers and precision, this role offers impactful projects and growth opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop accurate, timely cost estimates for major projects, guiding project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Analyze costs, materials, labor, and bid documentation to prepare reliable estimates.
• Design, implement, and maintain cost estimating databases to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with project teams on drawings and specifications for cost-effective decisions.
• Evaluate third-party estimates and market conditions to validate estimates; provide guidance on complex projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs for large concrete structures and contribute to project scheduling.
• Write concise Basis of Estimate and Schedule reports.
• Participate in client reviews and establish site-specific estimating criteria.
• Analyze critical path activities with the design team to resolve issues.
• Assist in developing the estimating and scheduling team and participate in staffing and technical growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in cost estimating, construction management, or related fields, with experience in developing estimates and schedules per AACEI guidelines.
• Proficiency in MCACES, MII, @risk, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills, professional judgment, creativity, and a collaborative attitude.

This position is hybrid and requires visiting offices and field sites as needed.
