Gray Ohio Valley seeks a seasoned Cost Estimator based in Versailles, KY to lead pre-construction pricing for large-scale industrial and commercial projects. You will develop conceptual budgets, manage detailed GMP and lump-sum bids, and collaborate with design, procurement, and operations to deliver competitivefinal pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field with 5–10 years of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pursuit Execution: manage day-to-day pre-construction for major pursuits to deliver competitive final pricing.
• Conceptual & Detailed Estimating: develop multi-tier estimates from early budgets to GMP and lump-sum bids.
• Value Engineering & Market Analysis: analyze costs and opportunities to optimize project budgets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with design managers, operations, and schedulers for constructability and handoff.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as pre-construction contact with clients, partners, and vendors.
