• Experience with design-build MEP coordination and design/engineering collaboration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with travel less than 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine cost estimates for electrical systems using historical data and specs.
• Lead bid distribution, bid leveling, and ensure subcontractor proposals align with scope and budget.
• Review subcontractor proposals for compliance and clarify gaps.
• Prepare and maintain project cost documentation and bid records.
• Support pre-construction to construction transition with detailed design specs.
