Job summary

Teksky LLC in Chicago seeks an experienced Senior Cost Estimator with 5–10+ years in construction estimating and project management to develop multi-disciplinary estimates across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes, and to manage budgets from pre-construction through completion.

The candidate will review blueprints, specs, and construction documents; perform cost forecasting, analysis, and value engineering; evaluate subcontractor pricing; and use Bluebeam, RSMeans, PlanSwift, and

Qualifications

5–10+ years of construction cost estimating or project management experience.
Experience estimating Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes.
Prepare detailed line-item estimates and manage project budgets.
Experience with cost forecasting, cost analysis, and value engineering.
Evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing for labor and materials.
Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
