Dover Food Retail is seeking a Senior Manager of Cost Estimation in Conyers, GA to develop accurate cost estimates, capacity analyses and product cost breakdowns for new products. You will partner with product management, operations and engineering to support make/buy decisions and quotes.

The role emphasizes deep financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage high-dollar projects with rigorous documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering with strong cost accounting knowledge.
• 10+ years of cost estimation experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, capacity analysis, product cost breakdowns and P&L statements for new products.
• Act as business partner to product management, operations and engineering.
• Documentation of cost assumptions from quote inception to launch and post-audits.
