Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering.
• 10+ years of Cost Estimation experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, capacity analyses, and product cost breakdowns for new products.
• Document cost assumptions and provide quotes with clear cost drivers.
• Partner with product management, operations, and engineering to support quotes and design changes.
• Estimate labor, overhead, material, tooling, and assembly costs for parts and products.
• Develop financial models and communicate results for multiple manufacturing locations.
